Shipping Information

• Shipping Locations: We currently ship only within the United States.
• Shipping Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days. Once your order has been shipped, delivery usually takes 5 to 9 business days.
• Custom Orders: Please note that custom orders may require 3 to 4 weeks for preparation before they are shipped.

Delivery

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. This allows you to track your order as it makes its way to you.

Refusing Delivery

If you refuse delivery for reasons other than damage or shipping errors, please be aware that a 20% restocking fee will be applied, along with any applicable shipping fees.
